Cliff Bleszinski, previously of Epic Games and famous for the Gears of War series has expressed an interest to work on future Resident Evil games. Although probably a flippant comment he said on Twitter “Hey Capcom, call me, we can fix Resident Evil together ?”. Resident Evil 6 didn’t get the reviews it hoped for partly due to the removal of any actual horror from the game. Based on Cliff’s past work on action games, I’m not really sure how he can actually help bring the horror back though.
